Compare two sheets with multiple cells to see if the data is duplicated on the 2nd sheet

Good day,

On a daily basis we receive a report with a list of services that has been submitted to us by our clients. I need to find a way to compare these lists on a daily basis to check whether the services has been billed by our team or if a service has lapsed to the next day. On my sample spread sheet attached I need to compare if any data from the 24th has lapsed to the 25th, this means that I can not only match a single column but need to match the rows individually with the other dates' rows. I hope this makes sense?
