Need to WEEKNUM function calculate weeks from Feb 1

Hi All,
I need to use the WEEKNUM function in a way so that it returns week number 1 for the week 2/2/2014 to 2/8/2014. I tried to use the WEEKNUM function in Excel as it is and it returns different week number. The challenge is for my company fiscal year starts on 2/2/2014 and ends at 1/31/2015. Is there a way to pull out the week numbers for a given date if my fiscal year is different. Also, for us the new week starts on every Sunday.
