Please help with substraction?

Hello,

Is there a faster way to substract and sum on one cell. As you can see on the example I've attached my idea is the quantity to cahnge value according the loaded stock and the sells.

The example is pretty small - the selling cells will be many rows down and each every product will be many coloums a side. My idea is to type for example:

A4=B4+C4+D4-E4-F4-G4-... and all the way, maybe 40 or 50 coloums. Right now I have to click "+" and each cell manually. When I try to slide the mouse to take the whole row (A4=B4+C4+D4-E4:J4, according the example) the cell stays on VALUE.

Please help with this little problem.
