Problem when find n largest in array that contains duplicate

Hi, I have a problem for long time and still don't know how to work this out. I really need some help here.
This is a very simple to explain. I have let's say 2 cols, one is name of unit and the other has values for it. I'd like to pull top let's say 5 based on value and find the Unit name for them. This works find when I use LARGE to find top 5, then use INDEX/MATCH to find the name. BUT if there is duplicates then it will not return the name for the duplicate instead it still give out the first one. I have the workbook here.
