Conditional formatting a cell if date is later than another dated cell

Hi,
I have two columns:
a target date column which contains a formula to produce a date,
and a completion date column.
I want to condition format the completion date column cells so that it turns red if the completion date is later than the target date.
Please help?!

Assuming column A is target date and column B is completion date

Select B1
Condtional Formatting
New Rule
Use a formula to determine...

=(B1>A1)
and format as red

or possibly

=(AND(A1<>0,B1>A1)
and format as red
