Sorting Cards

I have 5 Cards

Now i look after them

14 Countif(Above;Right Number)
13 usw
12
11
11
...

then i sort the soltuions
where i get for instance

2 then i want to get the cards therefore i use match and then index with a changing matrix that i get from indirect() and Address()

can anyone think of an easier solution for this problem??? or is there no other solution
