5 min data to half an hour data adjusted

Hello Friends

Please find the attached 2010 version excel file <Adjusted 0.5 hour data.xlsx>.

I want to extract the data for the given time and date, if the exact time is not available then it can take the nearset time (within ± 1 hour), still within ± 1 hour time period values not available then it should plot `XXX'.

* Values to be plotted in Yellow Cells.
* The values to be plotted from C Column for the given date E2:E4 Vs. Column A and given time F1:J1 Vs. Column B.
* Cell I3 value 166.35 is taken from 11:34 since 11:30 is not available.
* If the exact time is not available then it should take the value for nearest time
* If both values are equally nearset (for 11:30 lower value is 11:25 & higher value is 11:35) then any one value can be taken.
* If values are not availble for 1 hour then it should plot XXX. For example for 11:30 the values are not available 10:25 to 12:35 then it should plot XXX.
