    Hi,

Please I would love to do a drag down button that will have the list so I do not need to type into each cell each month.

Yes, it does what I want. This is excellent. But I need this for many other datas and would need to understand step by step how to do it as I will be working with this on a weekly basis.

    Thanks for your help.

    You are quite welcome.
The search string you need to learn step-by-step would be Data Validation and Dropdown list or Drop down list.
Start with Excel help to get grounded, search examples on this forum, and Google it. Knowing the search terms are the difficult part. This should get you started.

For this sheet, I pre-selected $E$4:$P$4. I see that you are using Excel 2003. I am not familiar with that menu, but in 2013 the next step is to choose Data/Data/Data Validation/Data Validation.......
Next, in the dialogue box -- Allow: choose List ---Source: select, from your sheet, $C$5:$C$14. Click OK.
Your Drop down lists will be in the cells you pre-selected.
If you can find your way around your menus to duplicate these steps, you should do fine.

Perhaps we'll be fortunate enough to have some who IS familiar with the Excel 2003 menu system and Dropdown lists who can be of more effective help to you. Keep returning to your post to see....you never know.....could take a while.
