Pull data from other tabs

Hi, I have a worksheet with several surveys filled in each tab. I would like to have a tab where I have the results from each questions for all the surveys. I have tried using the indirect function to pull the answers from each questions but have been unsuccessful. I am quite a newbie at excel...

I was thinking of copying the survey and simply adding columns for each person's code and pulling their answers.
