    =iferror problem

I have been working on and editing a draft board to use for this upcoming fantasy football season. However I am trying to get a few rows of cell to show blank if no data is entered. The normal iferror isn't working for me, but my excel skills are very limited. I am wanting this to look clean as we will be using it in front of a large group of people. Please see the attachment below.

Basically when I type the players name into D3, C3 populates his position. I have shown a few examples. I would like for C3 to be blank if nothing is entered into D3, instead of the #NA. I am attempting to use =iferror(VLOOKUP(D3,'Overall Rankings'!$D:$H,5,),"")

Also I can only get the spreadsheet to do 3 conditional formatting changing the colors of the positions (QB,RB,WR,TE,K,DEF) to their respective colors. QB-red, RB-Green, etc. I am using an older version of excel but I thought more conditions could be added. I need 6 for all 6 positions being drafted to correspond to their position color listed.

    Thanks
