Hello All
I am trying to put together a scheduling worksheet for a very large department. I am setting up a spreadsheet that has columns listing the start time and end time of each employee's shift. I was wondering if in Excel 2010 ,there is a way to identify the earliest start time and latest end time for each column? I am utilizing military format time.

Sometimes its best to start at the beginning and learn VBA & Excel.
Please dont ask me to do your work for you, I learnt from Reading books, Recording, F1 and Google and like having all of this knowledge in my head for the next time i wish to do it, or wish to tweak it.

Thank you Nathan. Looks simple enough, after trying the Max and Min function , the result is #name . Cells have been formatted in time. Any suggestions?
