i was working on it from last 2 weeks and you solve it like a piece of Cake
just ONE problem i facing and forgot to mention it
i m facing problem in days & Date of Row 7 and 8, what i m trying to do is i want to change Days & Date of Row 7 and 8 according to month selected from drop down-list (for example) if i select month of "July" from drop down-list than ROW 7 and 8 should display date from "June to July" (23-30) to (1-22 )
like if i select Aug than days & date should display from July (23-31) - Aug (1-22 )

might be i'm not able to make my problem understandable,
currently the Problem is when i select "July" from drop down-list the Days & Date Display in Row 7 and 8 from "July" and ends on "August".
i want it when i select "July" from drop down-list the Days & Date Display in Row 7 and 8 from "June" and ends on "July". (Starts from "June, 23rd-30th" and ends on "July, 1st-22nd") [Not from "July" and ends on "August". ]

Yes Exactly now Days & Days are working like a charm
but Now D6, M6, AF2, AJ2 Formula doesn't works according it
I think I am confused and not sure what do you want exactly. While in your post#3, you said the formulas are working fine so what happened now?

Yes Formula was working fine Before applying the formula of post #6, but the month name D6, M6, & numeric date AF2, AJ2 doesn't changes according to the post #6
