Nesting IF and AND formulas within and existing formula

I've tried with help before and am still coming up with no luck...

I've attached a workbook that shows 3 highlighted cells in yellow. I have existing formulas in M5. I need to put a formula with the basis: If the Duration of stay (which is calucated from Discharge Date minus Arrival Date) is = 1 day and the discharge disposition cell D6 is either 4, 6, or 7 (choose from dropbox answer to list are B204, B206 & B207) then it will read Cell B217 title.

So it needs to be like: if cell B94 = 1 and discharge disposition is either B204,B206 or B207 then it needs to equal B217. It needs to be in Cell M5 with the existing formula. I just can't put it in a formula!

I've created a cell B94 to capture the actual Duration of Stay. Rows 93-282 will eventually be hidden.

    Thanks for any help!

i'm struggling to follow your logic, so this formula is not dynamic at all... but:

    Formula: copy to clipboard

That's exactly what I wanted!! Awesome!

Now, is there a formula for B94 to be blank if Cells C20 or D7 are blank?
