Using IF Function based on certain text in a specific cell

Hi
I am unsure what I am doing wrong. I have used sumif before based on finding a specific word within a cell and it works fine. When I want to perform a formula calculation though based on a specific word being in a cell it will not work. I have attached my workbook to help with my explanation but basically what I want to do is if column A contains the word rack within any of the cells I want a certain formula to be carried out. At the moment this isn't occurring and will only work if I have the exact cell contents within the formula. If I was to have hundreds of lines with some of the cells containing the word rack I would have to create a specific formula for that particular row and I don't want to do this. Is someone able to help me with this. If I haven't explained myself too well please let me know and I will try to rephrase what I am trying to ask

I tried that but it still doesn't work. I upload it it says it's there and when I click on the attachment button it comes up blank. Maybe I'm missing something. I have never had any issue doing this previously. I understand members concerns about using links to file sharing sites I just had no other way of sharing my workbook

Thank you. I thought maybe a countif function might be the answer but I was just unsure on how to use it. Thanks heaps for your help

you can also use isnumber/search combination as well if you dont want to use the *
