Select Cell Based on Specific Text

I have a simple question that I cant seem to find information about.

I have a cell that contains the text: "Preliminary Planing" in Column B. I would like to create a macro that finds and selects the cell 2 rows under the cell that contains that text.

Use Find method to locate cell and Offset property to point two rows under, see both in VBA inner help …
