Formula to populate/copy data from one page to another in specific cells based on value of

I am trying to create a spreadsheet where there is contact information on page 1 in multiple cells that I would like to have populated into specific cells on page 2 if a specific cell on page 1 has a specific value. I run a baseball league with different teams. I have all the players in the league on page 1 along with their date of birth, their gender and a team they are assigned to (which is a drop down list to select from). My goal is to select the team a player is assigned to and then once I assign the team it will then auto populate some of that players information from page 1 into the cells allotted on page 2 where that teams information is collected. I will also need to know how to make it so as I am selecting teams for players and it is populating into the cells on page 2 that it (excel) knows to look for the next available line.
