Recalling unique values from a list

Hi Everyone,

I have an issue with recalling unique values, and listing them. Essentially I have a tab named "Data" this is where I compile and store historical data for reporting purposes.

What I would like to do in a separate "Dashboard" tab is call back and look up all of the unique values (names) from column D of the "Data" tab.

For example:

This would be the list in the "Data" tab -

Bob
Bill
Bill
Tim
Jack
Bob

I would want to return only the unique values in column D of the "Data" tab, so:

Bob
Bill
Tim
Jack

Ideally I'd like to just drag a formula down in my "Dashboard" tab, and have it show all of the unique values from column D of my "Data" tab.
