Checking data against information held on another sheet?!?

Hi All, I am trying to reduce some time taken to do tasks at work.... and I am trying to check if codes on a sheet for the following day are on the sheet for current day.

My current formula is partially working, but am not getting any positive results, only false and n/a (see below)

=LOOKUP(B3,PINS!$A$2:$A$3000)="TRUE"

Any ideas or suggestions please?
