    I don't understand IF!

I'm putting together a spreadsheet and one part lists my customers, their value and their current status - 100% / 95% / 85% / 10%

I want to add 4 rows which will only list the customers value at each stage - ie row 1 will only include 100% / row 2 only 95% / row 3 only 85% and row 4 only 10%

I want it to look like this -

    100% £15000
    95% £8000
    85% £6000
    10% £12500

I will manually update the status and want the rows to automatically change....

    I hope that makes sense!

    Thanks very much

    Hi,

Please try the following formula in B36 and drag down.

    =SUMPRODUCT(--($G$11:$G$29=$A36),($B$11:$B$29))

Alternatively in B36 and drag down,

    =SUMIF($G$11:$G$29,$A36,$B$11:$B$29)
