Check if one line has a value, and apply it all lines that match another criteria

For each line with an Item ID, I basically want a TRUE on all of them if one of them has TASK 300, and FALSE if they do not. Any non-macro suggestions? Trying to do this with just formulas if possible.

try using countif over an absolute range, something like this, copied down to all cells:

Perfect, Yogi52o, from my data that I threw together it's working. I'll double check it with my 8000+ row spreadsheet at work in the morning.
