I have a sheet that determines incentives. There's 2 criteria needed with multiple outcomes. Category A and category B.

If you score 10 over in category A and over in Category B you get rewarded at 110% of a value.
If you score over and both categories you achieve 100%
If you score below on either one category you get rewarded at 75%
If you score below on both you get rewarded 50%
If you score below by 5 points or more on either category you get 0%.
I need a formula to help with this please.

It would be really helpful if you provided a sample worksheet.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.
