Looking for cell value (time spent in a certain week number) based on name and week number

Hi,
I have a problem that I think is quite common but I cannot find a post regarding this (but I am sure there must be).

I need to lookup time spent in a certain week for a specific employee name. The issue is that I cannot just use a VLOOKUP since I do not know in which column the value is that I am looking for so it needs something more.

I have attached a very simplified spreadsheet to show the issue.

Sorry if similar posts have been done, I have tried to look through, but if that is the case, maybe you can just point me to one of those.

Hmm, in the comment in the Excel sheet I have written week 33 and week 34, should be week 33 in both places...
