Reference the Resulting Value

I'm using an =LEFT formula and the result is a fraction, such as 3/16.

I need to use the 3/16 value for another formula.

The other formula that needs this value is:

=INDEX(Sheet2!E$1:E$100,MATCH(1,INDEX((B8=Sheet2!A$1:A$100)*(B7=Sheet2!B$1:B$100),0),0))

I'm thinking I need to do something with the match part of the formula, but I'm not sure.
