b1=SUBTOTAL(102;B$4:B$20)
to count the values in column B.
use 109 if you want to sum the values in column B.

Thanks oeldere, But i was thinking to use formula to calculate subtotal (with sum) as I have more than 50 columns randomly. How can i solve using the formula?
your question is:
You want to filter on a column and want to see what the result is?
If so, the answer in #2 will work for you.
If not, you have to explain better.
