How can I change format (specifically the text color) of selected cells based on a text value of another cell.
For example, below are a few cells. If it equal none then I want everything below it grayed out because it doesn't need to be displayed.
NONE
Hole : -
Up : 0 ''
Structure: -
Any Ideas? I know how to gray out the "NONE" using conditional formatting but I can't seem to figure out how to execute the above.

You can do this with Conditional Formatting
1. highlight the range you want to apply the conditional formatting to
2. on the home tab, styles, select CF
3. select new rule, select use formula
4. enter ="None" format text GREY
1. Use code tags for VBA. [code] Your Code [/code] (or use the # button)
