Recognising cell format color in functions?

Hi, In the attachment I have applied 3 separate conditional format formulas to cols C,D & E. That's fine but now I need to apply formulae to recognise the value in those colored cells. For instance Count where all 3 cells are aligned in a row with same color (C8:E8). Return value of E26 if not color aligned with D26 and C26. Of course each formula has to only recognise colored cells within each subset as defined by value in Col A.

Writing the formulas to extract the information is easy enough, it's the recognising the cell as color formatted, the hard bit for me. Even if I had a formula or method to insert a value of any description in a blank cell adjacent, if the reference cell is colored, would be a start.

    Cheers for your interest
