Entered inside zone and coming outside values calculations

Hello Friends

Please find the MS Excel 2007 Version attached file <Calculations.xlsx>.

I want to caluclate

The light yellow cells in the Sheet 1 (Column G, H, I) to be calculated by formula.

1) the number of days,
2) Came out High - Entered Next day Open,
3) Entered Next day Open - Came day Low.

1) The Number of days
In the F Column the `Came outside from -80 to -100' - earlier `Entered inside -80 to -100', the dates are in Column A.
In the F Column the `Came outside from -20 to 0' - earlier `Entered inside -20 to 0', the dates are in Column A.

2) Came out High - Entered Next day Open,
In the F Column if `Entered inside -80 to -100' came then High of `Came outside from -80 to -100' - Next day open of `Entered inside -80 to -100' .
In the F Column if `Entered inside -20 to 0' came then High of `Came outside from -80 to -100' - Next day open of `Entered inside -20 to -0' .
Open in B Colum, High in C Column

3) Entered Next day Open - Came day Low.
In the F Column if `Entered inside -80 to -100' came then Next day open of `Entered inside -80 to -100' - Low of `Came outside from -80 to -100'
In the F Column if `Entered inside -20 to 0' came then Next day open of `Entered inside -80 to -100' - Low of `Came outside from -20 to 0'.
Low in D Column, Open in B Colum
