tolerance calculation..

hi my dear Friends..
i want to prepare tolerance calculator in excel sheet,
i have complete chart for hole and shaft tolerances..
i need to add or subtract these upper and lower limit in nominal value ..
so i need to compare that nominal value from whole chart and get both values
for example:
Grade NOMINAL HOLE SIZES (mm)
over 3 6 10 18 30 40 50 65 80 100 120 140 160 180 200 225 250 280 315 355
inc. 6 10 18 30 40 50 65 80 100 120 140 160 180 200 225 250 280 315 355 400
H8 18 22 27 33 39 46 54 63 72 81 89
0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
this is the part of that chart what i have..

i want if i put nominal value 8.365 then according to this chart i get two values
1) 8.365+0.022=8.387 and 8.365+0=8.365
actually raw start with H8 , all values are in microns this is why i wrote 0.022 instead of 22.


please help me..its urgent..
