LOOKUP MIN.VALUE using HLOOKUP or INDEX, MATCH?? - NEED ADVICE

    Hello,
I am trying to find out which formula can be used to look up a name and return the min. value within the corresponding column.
The min value results should be returned in C15, while the formula should lookup that min value in the index B6:AP8.
As of now, I simply entered the min value manually in C15, but hope to find a formula that will lookup for that min value in B6:AP8 and report it in C15...
Thank you in advance for your help

    Hi again,
What would be the formula that would return the name of the trucking company based on the MIN value? Let's assume the result will be in C16.
    Thank you
