Change Txt Color Based on another Cell info containing Letters & numbers

Need Help I have a spreed sheet that had a list of street names in column B and there assign routes numbers in column A. What i am trying to do is i want column A & B to change the font color to read based on the info in column A. But the trick is that the info in column A contains both letters and numbers. And i can get it to work when it has just on or the other not both. Because what is happening is these route that we read meters on everyday some of the meters are changing and we want to show on the spreed sheet witch routes has the new style meters on it, so in column A would change from just showing a number "1" to showing "AMR-1" in the column. And when Column A has the AMR added to the Route # that's when I want the Font color of both A & B to turn Red.

1 Street A AMR - 1 Street A This is when i want it to change to Red
2 Street B 2 Street B
3 Street C 3 Street C
4 Street D AMR - 4 Street D This is when i want it to change to Red
5 Street E 5 Street E
