Conditional Formatting if range matches a specific cell

I have an excel with Weekly Pick Em's for bunch of co-workers, I want to use a conditional formatting to automatically highlight people with the correct pick. I'll type in the "Winning Team" for Column "B" and so I want it to color in green anyone that selected that team for their picks. Please see attachment for example.

Select Conditional Formatting, and create new rule. Select "Use a Formula" and type in the following: =C1=$B1. Select how you want in formatted. For "Applies To", select the entire range that you want to have formatted.

Thanks a bunch it =C4=$B4 worked!
It was weird I had to clear all formatting from the range, then it started working properly.
