Coping Data Help

Hi,

I am struggling with a formula for copying data. Am sure this has been asked before and there is a thread elsewhere so if someone can help me with the location of that thread or information on how to do it that would be great.

What am trying to do is enter a name in one cell then in another cell it will give the team leaders name and then in another cell it will give department name. Am sure it is somthing simple but I cant fiqure out what it is.

If you could upload an Excel file with desensitized data and typed in representation of the desired outcome it would give us a starting point.
