deduct End time to Start Time more than 24 hours

Hi
Can someone help me out with the formula how to deduct the End time against Start Time? Given that end time reaches more than 24 hours.

Start time
A1 = 10/1/2010 10:05:00 AM
End time
B1 = 10/2/2010 10:06:00 AM

Elapsed Time
C1 = ???????


The difference is not right whenever the time lapsed reaches more than 24 hours.

In C1, = B1- A1. Format C1 as custom [h]:mm:ss
