Assistance Needed Identifying Min Values Based On Multiple Criteria

The objective is to create a formula to identify the min value for each row with matching values for Group A and each task number.
i.e., rows 3 and 5 are both for task 2 and Group A, but I want cell D3 to return the value in C3, D4 to return "blank", and have D5 return "blank" (because a previous cell in column D already returned a value for the Task 2/Group A combination.
Column D should return blank where Column B does not = Group A
I need to do this for ~170K rows of data

Task Group Time to complete task Formula should return:
1 Group A 56 56
2 Group A 5 5
2 Group B 20
2 Group A 24
3 Group C 0
3 Group A 5 5
4 Group A 3 3
5 Group A 4 4
6 Group A 23 23
6 Group D 24
6 Group A 39
7 Group D 54
7 Group B 54
7 Group B 149

Have you considered using a pivot table (see attached)? Then you can filter for the product group and change the value field setting to summarise by MIN?

Thank you for the suggestion. I did look into using a Pivot Table, however there are several additional factors/filters/criteria being used in the overall project which does not make this a usable option.
