Getting an average across multiple worksheets

I have data for 20 individuals, each contained within their own worksheet (named 'P01', 'P02'...'P20').

Within each sheet G2 is calculating the mean of B3:B5.

I want to create a 21st 'overall' worksheet that will calculate each of the means created in G2 within each of the 20 individual worksheets.

I've looked at a variety of solutions across the Internet but they don't seem to work. Would it be easier if the individual worksheets weren't named?

Thanks for your quick response. Neither formula works when I am trying it I am afraid. As soon as I put the '!' in the formula seems to break down.
