time hh:mm into 8 hour days

Hi,
I have a spread sheet that calculates working time on site and has a cell that adds up each day giving a total in HH:MM i need another cell to calculate how many 8hr days and hours this equates to, everything I try seems to not work!!!! is there a genius out there that can give me a formula and advise what format the cell should be in?

So what do you want that to look like? If A1 contains the time value, e.g. 39:30 then this formula in B1 will give you "4 days 7:30"

=INT(A1/"8:00")&" days "&TEXT(MOD(A1,"8:00"),"h:mm")

you wouldn't happen to know how to convert 22:43 hours into hours and a percentage of the remaining hour would you????
