IF name match, copy, if blank skip to next row

Good morning All,
I work in intermodal container shipping company.

I have problem I have been struggling for a long time.
I have two columns, generated from other sheet.


One column are container numbers and second are names related to the container number owners.
I made a screenshot: \1

I need a function which will assign containers to numbers and if is blank, skip.
So if I write "warthova" in C1, I would like to assign containers in D column which are related to her name but with no blank rows.
