Round off to 45 or 95 whatever is nearest

Dear All,

I have a bunch of random products with different prices and I need to round them off to either ending with 45 or 95, whatever is nearest so the marketing department will be happy.

I'm attached the XLS file and would love to see a handy formula to manage this (i.e. fill out the yellow cells in D - I rounded of the prices manually in column C).

Note I don't know VBA.
