    Excel Match Help

    Heya Guys,

I'm fairly new to the whole excel concept so would appreciate all the help i could get.

I have a table I am working on where i am pulling names and data to find the lowest efficiencies.
However with my formula i am using it is only pulling the first possible match.
So I have bob and Jane at 67.78% and my table pulls both names as Bob however if you change Janes efficiency to 70.00%, the table will pull up the correct names.
Is it possible to change the formula to find the second match if there was duplicates?
    Efficiency Match.xlsx

    Cheers,

Yes, there are formulas that will do, a bit complex to read, but doable. However Excel has a simple Pivot Table tool that create this table for you as well.

Here's a video showing me putting your bottom 5 efficiencies in a table that looks like the one you created.

I just realized the video shows a (Blanks) option that wouldn't be there if I simply selected the cells with data in them at the start.
