INDEX/MATCH - FIND / trying to figure out if im correct or do i use a wrong formula

Hi everyone - hope youre doing well today

Im trying to find out if i could use the index/match function in attached sheet.

There are two sheets with almost the same values - but i need an additional value on sheet1 which u can find in sheet2.

It doesnt work with the vlookup as it has to match 2 criteria and get me the correct "contactdetails" in column 3 - probably i would add a 3rd and 4th criteria, but not sure yet.

Attached is just an example / in the origin sheet it has much more columns, but in the end its almose the same as attached...

This is also a array function so , Ctrl+Shift+Enter not just enter after copying to c2 in sheet2
