Index Match & Names Range Problem

Hi,

I can't get this to work. Not sure why, any help?

I'd like to replace the references with a named range as the rows might be deleted at some point. This changes to:

Ill try, but it will mean remove sensitive data, give me 10 mins!

Try this instead - you'll have to change the named range formula though.
