hi there,
Is any once can help me calculate the no of days due for the invoice
Scenario :
1st column the invoice date 2nd column the invoice terms (30 or 60 days) 3rd column should be no. of days overdue

A1 = 05/06/14
B1 = 30
Something like
C1 =IF(A1+B1>TODAY(),A1+B1-TODAY(),"Overdue")

One more question how about to trace whether i had duplicate items in the 1 column for example in Column D i had the list of invoices no. sometime it happens that there are the same invoice

Use the "Remove Duplicates" tool if you have it .(from 2007 on)
