Is it possible to have a cell return the sheet name? I know that you can do it in the header or footer, but I need it in a cell on the sheet.
For example, I copy sheets for each structure I am working with.... CB-1, CB-2, CB-3. Those would be the sheet names, but it would be great if in the Structure Name cell on that sheet would return the sheet name. That way it will always be correct and I would just have to rename the sheets and the Structure Name would be populated.
Both of these formulas return the worksheet name of the tab containing the formula

Perfect. So the A1 is the cell that contains the formula and also the resultant. Worked great!
One thing to note is that you must click out of the tab for it to return the value. So if you use the above formula and you don't think that its working just click on another tab and check the tab again. It will be there!
