The formula will serve purpose for less than 1000 rows
Is slow on 30,000 rows , I wish I had a macro version too
Nor I can post again since it will be duplicate

I work upon it..
but I took off Main Head Row with it...
However, I respect it, I used it other code.. as it was new for me.. ( Or May be I used it first time..)
