In cells B3:B6 I have drop down lists to select the appropriate option. Based off of my year, month, week and day selection I would like it to show what activity was performed that day in cell B7. How is this accomplished?

See if the attached works for you. You really need to do an Advanced Filter instead of Lookup. I've done some VBA code to do the advanced filter and hung the trigger on any of the values in B3 to B6 that change. Hope this helps.
