Sumproduct with sumifs formula

I am trying to combine sumifs with sumproduct formula and failing miserably.
I need to accumulate about 30 worksheets of client data into a form. The form requires that I collate the information into bands based on probability of success.
The worksheets are all in the same format. I have attached a short version of the file.
I want excel to take the result of the sumifs formula and multiply it with the corresponding probability as the figures in the client sheets are all grossed up.
Can anyone help with this?

Thank you for taking a look at this for me.

It's still not quite working as I am expecting cell F27 to have 7500 in it.

I've just realised that the confirmed income and potential income reference is probably not needed if I have the probability in there, so this part of the formula could probably be removed. But I need it to take the revenue figure and multiply it by the probability.

I thought the sumproduct formula would help with this but I haven't managed to make it work .
