Calculating Formula Problem for Time Sheet

I am trying to create a formula in my time sheet that will allow me to add the hours worked up to forty in one column and then any hours over forty is put into an overtime column. I'm getting tied up on the formulas! Any help is greatly appreciated. I've attached an example to show you what I'm looking at.

I guess you normally work 8 hrs a day in FLA.
Is it correct you want to calculate the overtime on a weekly basis?

Yes, our OT is calculated on a weekly basis not daily.

I forgot to note originally I need the hours to calculate daily and separate out once forty hours are reached because my techs hourly rate can vary based on the job they are performing for the day. Sorry.
