I have a training matrix that I am working on. I've created a tab called "Training Report" that will summarize data from the "Current Employees" tab.
In cell $A$22 on the "Training Report" tab I want to put in a qualification and below 'Personnel Expired'. In cell A24 down, I want to display the names of the employees for which that qualification has expired. I also would like it to auto-filter out the blanks in between names as I am sure there will be some.
I am sure it is some variation of IF(INDEX(____, MATCH(.... But I can't think of what it would be exactly. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
