Counting number of days, including start date, without using +1

    Hi,

Have the below enclosed training planning sheet. I have two questions for this.

1st: In columns V-X I try to calculate the number og course days, travel days and total days based on the dates in columns M-P. For the course days I currently use the formula =DAYS(N8;M8) that is based on the start date (column M) and end date (coulumn N) for the course. When I use this I get one less day than the course is long, as it only calculates the nu,ber of days between the two dates. I can put on a +1, but then the value in column V would be one even if no dates are entered in M or N.
For column W I use the formula =DAYS(P8;O8)-V8, that is the total bumner of day, including travel, minus the course days. Same problem here as above, lacking one day.

2nd: Is it any way that I can copy/duplicate a conditional formatting, so that I do not have to start from scratch each time I make a new one that is similar to earlier ones? Example, in column L "Status" I enter the status of the training, that is based on a list in the sheet called "Source". The conditional formatting color the cells in different colours based on what the status is, all that contains the word Cancelled colours the wholw row red, the other only the specific cell in coloumn L in different colours. Since I have to make one new rule for each of the cancelled statuses, it would be much quicker if i could copy the first and only chance the text in the formula.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

    Best regards,
    Øyvind Krapf-Sterner
