    Try this.....

    In D7
    =IF(ISERROR(INDIRECT($C7&"!E"&16+COLUMNS($D7:D7)-1)),"",INDIRECT($C7&"!E"&16+COLUMNS($D7:D7)-1))
    and then copy across and down.
